SHIPPING POLICY
WORLD
We offer standard international shipping on orders placed through the English version of our website. Delivery typically takes 5-14 business days via Ukrposhta/Nova Poshta.
Please note: Free shipping is available for all orders placed on the English version of our website if the total order amount exceeds €110.
UKRAINE
For orders placed on the Ukrainian version of our website, domestic shipping is handled by Nova Poshta, with delivery taking up to 4 days from the moment the order is ready. The shipping cost is covered by the customer according to the carrier’s rates.
BLACKSEATRIBE cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by any circumstances beyond its control.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are imposed by the national tax/customs authorities of the recipient’s country.
SHIPPING FEES
WORLD
We provide free delivery for international orders over 110€ paid and placed through English version of our website.
If the amount of order is less then 110€, the customer pays additional 15€ for delivery.
UKRAINE
The shipping cost is covered by the customer according to the carrier’s rates.
RETURN
For a comfortable return, please follow the instructions of our manager
You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd, therefore, please write us at sale@blackseatribe.com and specify:
- • return causes
- • product photos if it is damaged or defective
The return of the goods is made at the Buyer’s expense. It means that the Buyer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. We will subtract the shipping cost from the refund amount in case the delivery cost is not paid.
Important!
Please note that such product categories are non-refundable, regardless of how the product is named online:
- • Tights, socks, stockings.
- • Leotards/ swimwear, jumpsuits, catsuits.
- • Corset goods (corsets).
- • Lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, leggings, bicycles, sconces, bras, bodysuits.
- • Jewellery
- • Additionally, items discounted by 30% or more cannot be exchanged or returned, no matter the category.
