Please follow the below care instructions to keep your Rachka piece looking always fresh: • Keep it away from perfumes, body lotions and other chemicals • Protect your jewellery from contact with hard surfaces and sharp objects • Avoid direct contact with water and sweat • Store it carefully separately from the other jewels inside a BlackSeaTribe package. Rachka is made with brass, plated 24-carat gold. Plating slowly fades over time, exposing the brass. This is natural and not a defect.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS Each piece comes with a 7-month warranty that covers repair, polishing, and surface treatment to restore the original appearance upon a valid proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover mistreatments of the jewelry, such as surface scratches, missing components or damages resulting from misuse.
